Challenge: Development of a 140,000 SF, 7.2MW planned multi-tenant facility with seven suites and 70,000 SF of raised floor space.  The owner, contractor, design firm and sub-contractors elected to employ a seven-party integrated form of agreement to target improvement in schedule, cost savings, efficiency and quality while sharing project risks and rewards    

Outcome: Despite repurposing 750 tons of structural steel from another owner site, four months of relentless Texas rain, new team management procedures, major design changes and added scope, the team completed the project on schedule and budget.
